The Drinkwater Ranch Guest House is a standalone one bedroom, one bathroom, vacation rental guest house with a full kitchen.  

 

The home is located on a secluded 7 acre parcel in North Scottsdale, close to all the magic that Scottsdale has to offer, and overlooking majestic Pinnacle Peak, Troon, and the pristine Sonoran Desert. The property is adjacent to McDowell Mountain Preserve land, and offers an abundance of hiking and bird & other wildlife viewing opportunities.  The home was completely renovated (gutted) with all new windows, drywall, framing, stucco, paint, flooring, appliances, plumbing, electrical and furnishings in January 2019.

The Home:

• One bedroom (one king bed)

• One bathroom (3/4, walk in shower - no tub)

• Full kitchen (SubZero refrigerator/freezer, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, electric range, toaster oven, coffee maker (K-cup) , fully stocked for 4 with dishes, utensils, cooking utensils, pots and pans, and lots of extras)

• Full living room with 55" 4K Samsung SMART Television and leather sectional (no cable TV, but there is Netflix)

• Wi-Fi

• Dining table, seats 2 (two chairs)

• Note: there are no full time horses on the property, but there may be temporary equine guests from time to time.
